Secure Keyholding & Alarm Response

We hold and manage your keys securely, providing rapid response in the event of an alarm activation or emergency. Access is logged, monitored, and handled by trusted, DBS-checked staff for your peace of mind.

Deliveries & Access Management

From parcel deliveries to tradespeople, we attend your property to receive, supervise, and ensure everything is completed as expected. We can obtain quotes, manage contractors, and sign off works on your behalf, saving you time and inconvenience.

Empty Home Care

When your property is unoccupied, we provide regular checks and upkeep. This includes airing and flushing routines, meter readings, and security inspections. We can also start and run vehicles, oversee gardens and pools, and ensure your home remains compliant with insurance requirements.

Guest & Principal Arrival Preparation

We prepare your home for arrival, ensuring it is comfortable and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Heating and lighting are adjusted, fridges can be stocked, linens refreshed, and a full walk-through conducted after departure to ensure the property remains in perfect order.

Discretion & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required, use unbranded vehicles, and never share details or images of client properties. Every task is completed with absolute professionalism and discretion.
